Reads a v2.0.0 pool's packed allowedFinality config in one eth_call.

The packed bytes4 finality config.

Remarks

Callers must resolve and require v2.0.0 first: earlier pool ABIs do not declare this getter. The raw bytes4 stays here so its consumer chooses the SDK-level decoded shape.
