deployTokenAndTokenPoolViaFactory(chain: EVMChain, params: DeployTokenAndTokenPoolViaFactoryParams): Promise<FactoryDeploy>

Builds an unsigned deployTokenAndTokenPool call and returns it with the predicted token, pool, and (if auto-deployed) lockbox addresses. Reads getStaticConfig() to predict the pool address, asserts the factory is a real TokenPoolFactory 2.0.0, and checks the predicted addresses are free.
