Cached pool Interfaces per TokenPoolFamily and TokenPoolVersion, built once from the vendored artifacts/ ABIs (no per-call new Interface). V1_5_0 uses the *_and_proxy variants — the only form @chainlink/contracts-ccip ships at 1.5.0. At V1_6_0 only SiloedLockReleaseTokenPool exists, so LockRelease uses its ABI and the BurnMint entry (unreachable, since parseTokenPoolVersion rejects BurnMint at 1.6.0) reuses the 1.5.1 interface to keep the table total.
