Supported on-chain typeAndVersion pool types. The burn-* variants are interface-compatible for CCT ops and share the BurnMint ABI (see getTokenPoolFamily); LockReleaseTokenPool is distinct. Unsupported values fail in parseTokenPoolVersion, which also normalizes v1.5.0's *AndProxy shims onto these base names.
